Stress Less Just Smile.

Smiling can have a marvelously uplifting thing to do. There is even a smiling meditation which I love to do. It involves thinking of something that makes you have and simply closing your eyes and focusing on that one thought while you just breathe.

Give it a try I find it a wonderfully destressing meditation to do.
