Don’t look back you’re not going that way.

It’s ok to reflect on life. But when we linger too long we forget to live in the present moment. If you have issues still surrounding you past, perhaps it’s time to deal with them once and for all. Seek help and advice from a therapist. Deal with it during those sessions but don’t wait to live your life you’ve already given too much to the past.
