  1. So true and something I wish I would have done when I moved across the country 5 years ago away from family and friends to be with my then boyfriend. I knew it would be traumatizing for me, as I suffer from anxiety, and I hid from it. I firmly believed that all the pent up stress led to my development of Hashimoto’s (along with hereditary factors)
