Have An Attitude For Gratitude!

Take time everyday to find three things you’re grateful for. Write them down. Look back at them. Place them where you can see them. It doesn’t have to be large or wonderful things. Just recognise what you already have in your life.  This has the amazing effect of helping to change your perspective on life.
