What are 3 bad habits or mental road blocks that are blocking or stopping you from your goals? When we try to move forward with our goals we can sabotage ourselves. We may not even realize we are doing this at the time. But if we look back on our previous efforts and get really honest with ourselves we begin to see that maybe we are fearful of these changes. Perhaps the goal is too big a present. Perhaps we need to set a smaller goal for that area of our life in order to see change isn’t as fearful as we thought.
