Action and feeling tend to go very much hand in hand. When we regulate our actions or our feelings we can regulate our ability to act instead of reacting. What I mean by this is our brain will take action or more likely react when our feelings and emotions decide. when we decide to act instead of reacting we gain a lot more control over our feelings and actions in life.
How do you do this? Mindfulness is one such way, it allows us to be able to step back, switch off that react mode and think before we take action.
