It is only natural at times to worry. But you have to ask yourself am I worrying unnecessarily at present? Can I do anything about what is happening? Or is it all out of my control?
If it’s all out of your control then you have to let it go and allow worry to wait. That’s fine to do, nothing bad will happen if you worry or not.
So for today if you find yourself worrying, ask yourself the questions above and if possible let the worry go.
