I’ve spoken before about keeping a journal and finishing it off each night with 3 things you’re grateful for. Well, the next step in the process is to wake up each morning feeling positive too.
Believing something bad will happen can become a way of life for some of us, but what if you flip that around and just felt that something good will happen instead? Would the world stop? Would something bad happen? Would it take any more energy than thinking something bad will happen? The answer is no to all of these questions.
So for today, how will you think and feel – negative or positive? It’s up to you.
