Getting in touch with your true self allows you to nourish your spirit. Taking time to sit quietly and listen to what you truly want deep within will help you to awaken your spirit. The more you do this, the more you’ll hear your spirit’s voice on a day-to-day basis. This voice will help us to set and keep our health boundaries with ourselves and others. When we don’t tune into our spirit we get lost, confused, angry, resentful and feel victimized. We feel off-balance. So for today ask yourself: How do I want to feel?
