When we get clear on who we are we often find that we attract similar people into our lives.

If we treat ourselves with compassion we will see that compassion in others for example.

Being nice, or polite, doesn’t cost much.

In saying that remember you don’t have to accept bad behaviour from others.

You can be very clear you won’t accept that kind of behaviour and walk away.

So for today: What kind of person do you want in your life? Then strive to be that kind of person.
