Be Present For You DBpsychology 9 In an age of technology we can struggle with being present for ourselves and others. We are in such a rush we forget to take some time to check in with how we are feeling and are our needs being met. For today take a few minutes for check in with yourself. Take a few deep breaths and ask yourself how are you feeling? See if what you are doing today is right for you? Do you need to recenter yourself? Is there anything you can do for you today? Just some very valid questions we should be asking ourselves daily when we touch base with our inner self.
