When we find ourselves feeling down we need to have a plan already in place for such days.
We need to bring a little light into those days.
We can work a little harder on our self-care and give ourselves some extra TLC.
Having a mental health toolbox already prepared will help.
What will you include in yours?
Favourite comfort food or recipe, a warm blanket, a journal and pen, some uplifting music or a comedy on DVD, a list of your supporters so you can call them?
The choices are endless and yours to make.
So for today take some time to make up your mental health toolbox.
