Resisting our feelings is usually a habit we learnt in childhood. Take time to become reacquainted with how you feel. Stop stuffing down those feelings, they are part of who you are. These feelings are a key part to your empowerment. So start to become more aware of how you feel. A daily routine, during meditation, of checking in with yourself and your emotions will begin to raise that awareness until it becomes an automatic habit.
