It can be so easy to lose self-confidence in yourself. We can judge ourselves so much more harshly than we judge others. We lose our sense of power. Sometimes we give it to others, sometimes we give it to our mistakes or to a traumatic event. We panic, we try to control or shove down our feelings. Instead don’t panic, just breathe, stop saying you can’t, know that you can and begin to believe in yourself again.
