Showing up for you is so important. Dress the best you can, take time out in the day to meditate, exercise and eat well. Look after your mental, physical and spiritual health. Show up and never give up on you.

Don’t worry about what will happen tomorrow, in a month or year from now. Focus on what you can do today to get closer to where you want to be.
