Be conscious of how you live your life. It’s okay to find out what feels good to you. It’s good to enjoy things in life. Let go of depriving yourself. You don’t have to be attracted to misery because you deserve better. So for today make a list of things you have been depriving yourself of, why have you done this? Can you try something off your list today?
