Sometimes we can get caught up in a feeling. We may not be willing to acknowledge this. We may not even be aware of it at first. We can express our feelings by trying to control ourselves or others. When we discover any of this we can then feel guilty, and tell ourselves we shouldn’t feel like this. Learn to say how you feel, then learn to let your feelings go.
