When we panic we often double our efforts. We feed it. Acknowledge that you’re afraid, now just breathe. Become more aware of what you are feeling but do something you know clams you. Panic will want you to feel it. Doing the opposite and calm yourself by using meditation, having a shower or bat, will move you forward away from the panic more quickly.
