At times we can get so caught up in our busy lives we forget to enjoy life. We need to schedule in some down time for ourselves. A good habit is to set aside some time in your diary each week just for self-care, for family and for friends too. Life isn’t all about just getting by and surviving. It’s remembering to enjoy your life too. When we feel guilty about taking this time out we are off-balance. We need to remind ourselves that work will go on without us. But if we don;t nurture our relationships, including one with ourselves, we will lose something more valuable in life than work.
Enjoy Life. Don’t Just Survive It!
