Everyday Is A Good Day. It May Not Seem Like It At The Time. But It Is.

YDM DBpsychology May 31Okay so today didn’t go as planned, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good day.

Taking time to reflect at the end of the day is good.

Using a journal to write out how we felt and what we have gone through then allows other emotions and thoughts to come through.

Get all the tough stuff out and then reflect back and see if anything good did in fact happen.

Sometimes we get caught up in just thinking about one moment or one event that day, that this overwhelms all else that has happened.

Always finished your journal with 3 things you’re grateful for to end the day on a positive note no matter how bad things get.

So for today ask yourself: Was it just one moment or one event that I allowed to overshadow my day? What really happened?
