What I mean by this is, you will see the beauty life has to offer every day when you look for it. You can train your brain to do this by keeping a gratitude list, this will signal to your brain “I want to see the good in life more than the bad”.
So for today get a notebook and start your gratitude list.Or get your old list out and add to it. This needs to be done every day to be effective in deflecting the impact of when bad stuff happens.
