We can all create our own prisons, some don’t even have to have any walls. If you find that life is miserable every day you’ve got to ask yourself: where am I creating this misery from? Am I right in thinking this way? Can I do something about it?
Maybe right now it’s too scary to change anything? Maybe you could reach out and ask for help?
Using a journal about what is going on is one of the first steps in changing something for the better. So for today answer the questions above or just think about what if any changes you’d like to make for next year.
