Yes I know it can be hard at times to find the extra mile but you've got this!
We've all been there, not enough sleep, being overwhelmed by work or school but we have to make a deadline. Take some time out, get a quick nap or mediation, something to eat and then get back in there and bring yourself to the finish line. It's not ideal when we do this but it happens. Next time we learn to plan it a bit better, reduce our stress and look after ourselves in the future.
So for today ask yourself: If I know a deadline is looming what am I going to do to plan a little better and take care of myself too?
