There are always some habits we wish to unlearn in life, bad habits if you wish, these are things we have learnt as we have grown and so can be unlearnt.
Some are not so easy to replace as others but none the less we can still do.
The first place to start is by introducing some good habits into our lives and then slowly let go of the bad ones.
So for today ask yourself: Is there something I wish to unlearn?
