Happiness like all emotions comes and goes.
But when we feel down we tend to not see the happiness that surrounds us.
We focus only on the negative stuff.
We need to shift our thoughts to include some gratitued to start again seeing the happiness.
Gratitude will help us rewire our thoughts.
It may seem fake at first.
But it very qucikly works it magic and changes our thoughts to see the happiness once again.
