Happiness is simply one emotion in a whole host of emotions.
It is simply not possible to feel happy all the time.
Even in one day we will experience a range of emotions about one event or person.
How we process that will determine how we feel about it.
We get to decide. If something didn’t go quite as planned do we decide to feel miserable?
Or do we choose to see what we could learn from the experience?
We may not always feel happy in life but perhaps we can feel contented that something went well enough.
