So when we want something different or to change how things are going in our lives we have to be prepared to do something different. Maybe that's some work, research or drop an old habit.
This can be hard at first. Maybe we don't even know where or how to start. Maybe we think we need to wait to get motivated. We don't, we just need to begin. We need to think of what it is we want as a project and break it down into smaller manageable pieces in order to accomplish that one bigger thing.
When we begin, when we make that one small step towards our wants and needs, we begin the motivation to accomplish anything at any time in our lives.
