We can so easily convince ourselves or get into the habit of being busy for busy sake. We may want to avoid something deep within or some difficult emotions. But that all catches up with us eventually so it's never a good idea in the long-term. Taking time to just relax or do something just for fun or for yourself is okay too, the world won't cease because of it.
