What are the things in life you’ve become attached to? What’s making you crazy? Is your self-worth dependent on achieving or having something or someone? If it is don’t be too hard on yourself. We can all become like this. It can take a huge conscious effort to stop doing this on our part. After doing an inventory of your life see what it is you need to feel complete. Transfer these to another list, can you let these go? What are your motives for wanting them? Being very clear about these motives with yourself will help you realise you can be whole without them.
