Why not just sit in a coffee shop and observe people today or sit back and listen to a friend chat. Take a breath in for a count of 4 and exhale for a count of 6. The longer exhale will signal to your brain to relax. We’re are constantly in demand from social media, work, business etc., we sometimes forget to just sit and be still for a few moments. What do you hear, see, smell? How do you feel?
It can be interesting to savour these moments. Adding our full range of senses will enhance the moments in our memories.
