Do you know what your values are? Have you lost track of them along life's road?
If so maybe it's time to get centred and check in with them once more.
When we feel off centre and stressed out we have usually lost sight of what our values are in life and what we hold most precious. We need to readjust our course and bring ourselves back to centre. We can do this with mediation and starting to listen to our true voice again.
If you have completely lost touch with your original values or feel your childhood didn't teach you enough to know what your values are, simply look up a list of words that are described as values. (Type the word values into google and you'll get a list) Then tick them off one by one to seek which ones resonate with you.
