Knowing what you fear is the first step in overcoming it. When we fear something we give our power away to that fear, we are saying we will never overcome that fear and it can run amuck in our life. If we want to overcome it or at least learn to live with it, we must acknowledge what we fear, then we can face it with a more empowered outlook.
So for today ask yourself: What do I fear? Why do I fear it?
