Becoming conscious of how our body feels inside and out is very important to our mental and physical health. How do you feel, stand, walk, talk, sit, and breathe when you are relaxed? Notice what your thinking of when you are relaxed. Anything? You’ll probably notice that the more relaxed you are the more aware and awake you have become. The better your decisions are. The less frightened, angry, upset you are. This takes practice, meditation will help you build that awareness along with your journal. Don’t you owe it to yourself to be more relaxed?
