By learning to consciously relax we can gain so many benefits into our lives too. We can learn to tune into our inner wisdom, guidance and true being. We gain confidence as we make clearer decisions based on what we want. So for today, take a more focused approached when you breathe. Focus on your breath coming into your body, let it relax you. With daily practice it will become easier and easier to relax.
