Make a list of everything in your life that bothers you or you are not grateful for. Take time to practice deliberate gratitude for these. Being willing to do this allows you to realise they are in your life for a reason. Maybe it’s to teach you a life lesson. Maybe it’s to show you that you do have support in your life, or can ask for help when you need to. Whatever the reason, be thankful for what yo have received. So for today, make the list of things that you have in your life that you feel less than grateful for and take a moment to be grateful for them.
