When we leave excessive negativity behind we open up our minds to what is available to us. Excessive negative thinking robs us of our future and it hides our true potential from us. When we stop and breathe for a moment, before reacting to those negative thoughts, we give ourselves the opportunity to correct our thinking patterns.
So for today when the negativity comes up: stop, take a breath, write it down and ask yourself: Is this true? Have I heard this from someone else? Is it really about me or them? The hand it back to them or to your higher power and get on with your wonderful life.
