We can get anxious, that’s okay. But we can help reduce our anxiety with a little reality check. May be we’re not drowning like we think. Examine your fears and reason things out. Speaking to someone you trust can help to put some perspective on them. Realizing you don’t need to continue to be afraid can be in and of itself frightening. But know this, it’s okay to feel calm and serene too.
