How do we do this?
We learn to tune into our bodies and quieten our minds through meditation.
Any form of meditation will do. You don’t need to do formal meditations but these do help. A mini meditation of just focusing on your in breath for 3 minutes during the day when you fell your stress levels rising.
This could also be planned into your day, for instance, you can do a 3-minute breather before starting work in the morning, after lunch and again before you return home.
So for today how will you take time to listen to your heart?
