Remember you don’t have to react to anything, you can take a step back, breathe, stop to think and then respond.
Reactions aren’t always in your best interest. Being able to think before you act is sometimes better.
I have found mindfulness will help you do that. You can also use other meditation techniques also. A daily dose of relaxation like this, helps you to stop and think in response to life’s drama.
