Why do we let others take away our happiness?
They enter our lives and talk about nothing but negative things.
After they leave we feel miserable and they feel good. Why do we put up with this?
Only you can answer this for yourself.
Sometimes we don’t even realise we have accepted this negativity into our lives or we have grown up around this.
It isn’t until we examine how we feel after someone leaves that we can see how they affect us.
So for today ask yourself: How do I feel after (pick someone you know, put their name here) I have been with them?
Do I feel great and full of positive thoughts?
Had a good laugh may be, felt encouraged and positive about myself?
This doesn’t have to be all the time but in general.
