Who is that negative voice playing in your head?
Is it really your true voice speaking up or someone else from your past?
Why do you allow them to speak to you that way? Would you speak to someone you loved that way?
Probably not!
So do you allow this voice to speak in such a negative way to you?
Today just think about these questions and try to write down the answers. Once you identify one or two thoughts that are recurring in your head write them down and see if they are really true.
It’s okay to question these thoughts. By doing this you have begun to change that old negative self-talk going on in your head.
