When we worry about being liked we raise our fears about not being good enough. We do ourselves, and others, a dis-service by doing this. We fail to respect ourselves, and see that no matter how many people like or dislike us, we will always be good enough. Sometimes we don’t realise we are doing this, we give our power away in small ways. So for today can you recognise how you may be allowing your fear about not being good enough rise up and take over? If so, how can you take back control and stop doing this?
