You are important.
Sometimes we forget this especially when others talk down or put us down.
When people do this they are really reflecting their thoughts and fears about themselves.
These people can be quite toxic so we may need to walk away from them to protect ourselves.
It is perfectly okay to walk away from someone and leave them standing talking to themself.
It’s okay to speak up for yourself and tell them you will not tolerate such behaviour.
Be safe, set your boundary and walk away if you need to.
