So you want happiness in your life? Well, in order to get that we need to put out what we seek.
If we are unhappy and negative we will only attract negativity and unhappiness. So why not try something different instead. Put good thoughts out instead can help change your perspective and attitude to the world around you. People will be attracted to your positivity, they will want to enjoy your company and share their positivity too.
If you are finding it hard to do this, start by writing down some positive things that are occurring in your life every day. You need to do this at least once a day, every day, for this to be effective.
