Sometimes we have feelings we need to let go of. We collect baggage we need to dump. Our emotional stuff has piled up to an unmanageable degree, we need to dump it. We can do this by journaling and writing this whole mess out. We need to work through things. Perhaps we need to ask for help. Sometimes we have to remember that the only thing preventing you from moving forward, is hanging on to all the stuff you really need to dump.
