Always Make The Choices You Won't Regret

Yes, we will make choices we regret and do things we will regret also, that I'm afraid can't be helped. But always ask for forgiveness and forgive yourself too. Try at the least to think about the consequences of a choice before making it so at the very least you will end up not regretting as many.

So for today before making a choice ask yourself: Will I regret this decision or not?

If you have made bad choices in the past can you ask for forgiveness or can you at the very least forgive yourself? Journal about this and work out what obstacles stand in your way?
