Everyday challenges can leave us feeling drained but we can still learn to reduce our stress in these situations.
Ask yourself: what is it about my life is leaving me feeling drained? Am I taking on too much? Do I need to ask for help from others? Journal these questions to find out how you can reduce your stress levels. (For more questions and some good techniques check out this week's blog here)
Remember one person's okay could be another's stressor. That's okay, we all handle life differently and have different personality types etc., that come into play here. What's important to remember is that we ask for help when needed and keep our life/work balance in check.
