It’s important to know your boundaries. It’s important others do too. It’s up to you to learn what and who triggers your feelings and how you can best respond when it happens. We can’t get away from our responses but we can learn to respond appropriately. How do you respond? Do you shut down? Do you attack? Do you allow past experience to influence today’s responses? Learn to say when something triggers you. Learn how to respond appropriately to today.
