Constantly talking about our burdens will only bring us down and make us feel upset, angry, fearful and vulnerable. Talking about our blessings though will help lift our spirits and remind us that life can bring us good as well as bad.
Life isn’t always about sunshine and roses but it doesn’t have to feel like a continuous struggle either. If you feel the need to talk about what’s happening to you then please do so, it is good to talk out our fear, worries and problems, but not constantly, always try to remind yourself you have great things in life also.
So for today list all the blessings you have received as well as the burdens.
