What would happen if you decided to start your day thinking it was only going to bring happy and positive things? Would you be able to handle that? Would your anxiety or worrying ratchet up? Would that thought alone bring enough fear to freeze you?
If these are your thoughts you need to examine why it is you would prefer to live in a world where only bad stuff happens, where negativity, anxiety worry live? It takes as much energy to be happy and positive as it does to think negatively.
So for today: Let yourself feel the happiness and positivity that surrounds you.
